THE MELANDRE EXPERIENCE

Want to start seeing someone else? Just to find out what another colorist/stylist might do for you? At Melandre we encourage our clients to try other staff members for a fresh or different point of view. We proudly work together as a professional team.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 48 hour window applies for all appointment changes or cancellations. For same day cancellations, or no-shows, you will be charged100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.

CHILDREN’S POLICY:

Melandre considers children to be 12 years of age or younger. For your child’s safety and your peace of mind, we request children do not accompany you to your salon visit.

SCHEDULING:

All salon and spa appointments can be scheduled online, by phone or in person at the front desk. We recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Melandre to guarantee the time and day that best suits your schedule. Please help us to provide our clients with a no-wait experience by being on time to your appointment. We suggest that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare your appointment.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not issue refunds for services rendered. Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
