When making your reservation, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, and you are welcome to present a different method of payment upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments are very important to our team members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with the Salon. All deposits are no-refundable.
DEPOSITS FOR SERVICES
Some services such as corrective coloring and hair extensions may require a deposit. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service when rendered. If you fail to show up for your visit, the deposit is nonrefundable and your credit card will be charged for the full cost of the service. All @GlamCatt appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, $100 for The GlamCatt Haircut and $300 for Custom Color Service.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
TARDINESS
If you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at the Salon.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours’ notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 48 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, the Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the service.
CONFIRMATION TEXT
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply to. However, if you do not confirm your appointment by 6pm, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
