Our associates are internally and nationally trained on a continuing basis by the foremost educators in the beauty industry. Raymond Serio, Color Director of Melandre, and member of the staff, also trains and educates other professionals throughout the country. Morgan Kopecky, Design Director, lends her skills and artistry to keep the staff fresh and motivated to create new haircuts and share ideas while maintaining individuality. Our Education Coordinator constantly keeps abreast of all the available seminars and advanced educational events. Our training is done in-salon and nationally assuring classic and current trends to our clients.
